TripAdvisor is an independent travel website where positive or negative reviews of the travelers all around the world about the museums, hotels, agents and restaurants are published.
 

To determine Certificate of Excellence honorees, TripAdvisor uses a proprietary algorithm that factors in travelers’ ratings and reviews. Businesses must maintain an overall TripAdvisor rating of at least four out of five and their volumes. Reviews must be update and popularity and competency rating of the business on the site must be stable.
